A Welcoming Fireplace

The fireplace!  I could not figure out what to put here.  I did a few different options but none of it worked for me.  Then I found this shelf from Bloom and fell in love with it.  It was the inspiration for the area.  I completed the look with some flowers and candles.  I know it is a fireplace but something you do not want that big ol fire, i.e. the summer, but you want some light there.  I love this area.
